Start a Return or Exchange

If you need help with a return, exchange, refund, damaged item, defective item, incorrect item, or missing order issue, contact DailyFix Finds support so we can review your request and provide the next steps.

Return and exchange requests are reviewed according to our Refund Policy. Please do not send any item back before receiving return instructions from our support team.


Return or Exchange Window

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return, exchange, or refund.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Certain items, including personal care products or items marked as final sale, may not be eligible for return.


How to Request a Return or Exchange

Email us at hello@shopdailyfixfinds.com with the information below:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used at checkout
  • The item you want to return or exchange
  • Whether you are requesting a return, exchange, refund, or replacement
  • The reason for your request
  • Photos if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

Our support team typically responds within 1–3 business days with the next steps.


Review Process

  1. Send your return or exchange request to our support email.
  2. Our team reviews your order details, request type, and reason.
  3. If approved, we will provide return or exchange instructions by email.
  4. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process the approved refund, replacement, or exchange according to our Refund Policy.

Important: Items sent back without prior approval may not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or exchange.

Refund Timing

If your refund is approved after inspection, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days after approval, please check with your bank or credit card provider first, then contact us at hello@shopdailyfixfinds.com.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@shopdailyfixfinds.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will review the issue and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you if approved.
