Refund policy

At DailyFix Finds, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return or refund.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Certain items such as personal care products or items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

How to Request a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@shopdailyfixfinds.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–3 business days with next steps.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@shopdailyfixfinds.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card provider first, then contact us at hello@shopdailyfixfinds.com.
