🛒 Orders

How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Please email us immediately at hello@shopdailyfixfinds.com with your order number.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 1–3 business days after shipment for tracking to update in the carrier's system.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days for US orders and 11–20 business days for international orders.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free tracked shipping on all orders, worldwide. No minimum order required.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to customers around the world including the UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, and many more countries.

Why is my tracking not updating?
Tracking can take 1–3 business days to update after your order ships. If it hasn't updated after 5 business days, please contact us and we'll look into it.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please review our full Refund Policy for details.

My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What do I do?
We're so sorry! Please email us at hello@shopdailyfixfinds.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund right away — no need to return the item.

How long does a refund take?
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
