When Is Tracking Issued?
Tracking information is provided after your order has been processed and handed off to the shipping carrier. Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking details.
Tracking May Take Time to Update
After tracking is issued, it may take 24–48 hours for the carrier or tracking system to show the first scan or update. This is normal — your package is on its way even if the tracking page shows no movement right away. Some shipments may have limited scans while in transit. If your tracking has not updated for several business days beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us.
